I never visited to KFC and visited once in a chinese grocery store but could not stay more tahn couple of minute dut to smelling enviornment.
I am totally against of the inhumane treatment whether it is against birds/ animal/or any living creatures. I think that is why my parent used to tell me when I was a kid not to pluck a flower in the night.
Every creature of GOD has equal right of living until it harms others.

I have slautered chickens in the past but have done it very responsibly. I have eeven covered the head of chickens while cutting their neck so that they donot die a horrible death.
There are Abbatoirs in all countires where pigs/ goats/ cows are slautered in a Humane way. Unluckily there is none for fishes.

I am confused -
Is this discussion against Animal Killing (for Fur) or Non-Vegeterians?
If this is about Animal Killing - I agree, there are other ways to stay warm in winter. Even if I can afford, I won't buy (its not my taste).
If this is about Non-Vegeterians - Just pause for a minute and think that what would happen if whole world goes Veg. We will see Chicken & all other animals Everywhere. We won't get Vegetables. There is something called 'Eco Cycle' which has to be maintained. This is just Logical point.
It's mater of Personal Choice. You practice what you believe in. I don't like to pluck flowers - Night or Day. Not because it has life ... but because it looses the beauty & charm. What's the point in giving it to someone if those Flowers are going to Die. I rather will give plant - which stays for long (can be forever).

This thread was started against the brutal treatment with animals but it seems it is turning to be a discussion on veg and non – veg. I due to obvious reasons do not want to debate on the topic so I am out of discussion.
