I am very sorry as I am almost repeating same topic, but I really need a help.
Condominium Corporation files a lien for my Unit for common expansive in December 2007, base on pending three month of due.
Actually out of three, one month I had paid at the time of closing, it is shown on the Statement of Adjustment. Other two month I didn’t paid on time, as I was out of town.
I called up my lawyer and she confirms by e-mail that she and ex-owner lawyer is going to handle this issue. And I don’t have to pay any amount, other than common expenses.
Now the lawyer from Condominium Corporation has a sent a notice to mortgage company about his due, and I am getting call from Mortgage Company.
Now my question should I trust my Lawyer?
Is there anyway I can Complain about lawyer?
Is there any consumer right where I can complain?
I appreciate help.
Thank you,
