Hi Experts ,
I have applied for immigration to Canada in 2004 through one of the consultants from New Delhi. I got married recently and wish to add my wife's documents in my file so that we both get there together (whenever it happens). I contacted same consultant but he asking Can $500 for his services for adding the documents. And my believe is that he has not added much value to my case other then submitting docs to Embassy.
I just want to check, can I directly submit the documents of my wife to Embassy providing my file number (i.e by-passing the consultant). And how does that will impact my immigration case as that consultant is marked as official representative in my file.
Thanks
Regards
well we had the same case as yours.
If your file is still in embassy in consultation with the consultant you can add the details of your wife, her educational qualifications,if working her job details and most important document showing marriage details, marriage certificate.you may be primary applicant ,don't know the category you have applied and spouse will be dependent with the same FILE No.
Whether you receive any interview call from embassy or not .If not do update the details of your spouse before they call you .
Our consultation agent was helpful in this regard.
thanks to God Almighty.
myself & my spouse have received immigrant Visa & hopefully landing next month.
