I just want to clarify to swarup...pls read the following paragraph...u'll know..

What is certain is that the Sri Lankan tamil Vellalar identity rose amongst those who migrated from neibhouring Tamil Nadu state in India since the 13the century. According to Yalpana Vaipava Malai, a native chronicle that documents the history of the rise and fall of the Jaffna kingdom in Sri Lanka from the 12th century to the 16th, many Vellalar cheifs from Tamil Nadu were responsible for organizing settlement groups from India in to the Jaffna peninsula. Most of these pioneering families had titles associted with clan chiefs such as "Rayan", Thevan", "Mudali", "Mappanan" and "Malavan".

Why talk about Tamils. This is same case Indians look down upon Indians from Fiji.
Stop all these nonsense and treat them as humans first. Nobody is big or small. Everybody has to drop dead and go from this earth.

I can give you honest answer which is "I don't look down on anyone." I have no idea what you want to derive out of this answer and have no intension to know as well ...
