To be inline of the post. Two baristor tried to rip me off my hard earned money. They demanded a fee for doing nothing. Infact I should be charging them for getting information and contact phone number of people they are suppose to know and inform customer. I said to them %$#& your and shut up. If you are good enough sue me in any court of your choice. Fools have to bill me before taking me to court. And their biggest problem is, bill me for what!!!!!

Here are the answers of your questions
Blabber: I tried to approach couple of collection agencies but they refuse to take the case based on “it’s very hard to get the money in your case”. Its my feelings that the guy in still in Canada.

brown_bear: nice suggestion to make a website on geocities. I probably will do that, but how I am gonna advertise that page? Will you guys who regularly sits here help me to spread my words?

Omantom: Very good suggestion to get the help from CP24, well actually I send my complain to Peter Silverman’s Helpline, they didn’t answer, 2 months later I send them the reminder, and they responded me that they are so busy and they only take the cases which has some public interest in it. If my case qualify they will call me, they never call.

Jayaram: I tried that way as well, I hired the lawyer later when I got the judgment, and he did the property search on that guy’s name in Ontario and nothing shows up.

Newton: The problem that I couldn’t sell the condo was initially when I bought this, another DESI agent also ripped me off and sold me this $15000/- overpriced. I was new to Canada that time and had no idea that how I can check the market etc, somebody referred me the agent and she was crook as well. You guys won’t believe me but I paid $1500/- extra to get the mortgage passed, as I was new in the country with the new credit history, and this lady told me that you have to pay $1500.00 if you want to buy this property otherwise you won’t get the mortgage passed 
I know that doesn’t sound intelligent, but that’s what happened. Now the loan is more than what I can get from this property, its currently rented but as I am non-resident its not worth for me to keep this, and I am desperate to sell this now. PM me if you need more info about this.

Ramrao: You are right, I made my complaint to the Real Estate Council of Ontario, and they cancelled his license. I also went to the police but they said they can’t help, I call the Phone busters (another agency controlled by RCMP I think) and they took my complaint but did nothing. Other than that I have no idea that what else I can do. There should be something that can be done under the law, if anybody who can advise better please respond that how can I get my complain register.

I was trying to keep everything clear and the apartment was on rent and still I have to pay additional $550.00 every month to cover the expenses of that apartment.

Now I am tired and my expenses increased here in USA as my family grows and can't meet/afford this additional expense.

I am seeing that there are so many intelligent and wise people sitting in this forum, can somebody advise me the best way that I can keep my hands off from that property in Toronto which I am still owing the mortgage loan and can't afford to pay? I thought about to declare the bankruptcy but I don't think so that I can afford to stay in Toronto until the case finalized.

If I default to the bank, will that effect my credit history here in USA? as my bank has my work phone #? (this is RBC BTW who has the branches here in USA as well as in Canada).

I would really appreciate if someone please can direct me what should I do at this point. I really can't afford paying this additional money into the property which is even keep decreasing the value every month, as I am paying my mortgage here as well (of course interest only).

Will appreciate your advises.

Go back to small claims court with your judgment and ask for a court order to place a lein on the agent's assets. Once you have that, you can go to the bank that the post-dated cheques came from and tell them to freeze all funds / accounts associated with this agent.

I know that, the problem is I have not idea where this guys is.
I have to find him in order to get the details of his assets. The court said bring that details. how can i get that information.

Any idea how can I track him?
