I am big lover of Dhokla. Every time I make, it is no good . Can you please share your great Dhokla Recipes?

There are main 2 types of dhokla we make, 1) Khaman dhokla 2)"Khata dhokla" Made up of from fermented flour of rice and dal mixed together.
Here in canada we use the Gits instant packets to staisfy those needs.
One thing we have very recently tried, and it is really very good tasting that is using Gits Rava idli packets add to it regular dahi and prepare the basic dough for this, if you are interested I can ask my wife to share the perfect recepie for it, as myself I have never ever cooked in my life.
