I live in Oakville near Lakeshore.....It is a beautiful place.....There is a desi grocery store in Oakville (Kerr Street) and the rest is all available at FoodBasics, NoFrills and Walmart......There are 2-3 Indian restuarants too.... We go to Burlington/Hamilton and Mississauga for eating out, if required.....

We are paying half the car insurance we were paying in Mississauga..... And I believe it is higher in Brampton.....

Schools/malls/cinemas are less crowded than in Mississauga (where I lived earlier)......

Its more common for me to hear of friends from different minorities wanting to live amongst people from their own cultural group, but even then its usually the older generation that wants this. Given the projected numbers for immigration in the GTA region it would not be very easy for one to segregate themselves from immigrants so its better to embrace or at least accept the change. Hopefully all people can lessen their desire to live solely amongst their own or else Canada will become a further divided nation.

Oh, a Senior Desi is a \"white person\"? Ok.

Have you been to Brampton lately? Markham? Richmond, BC?

Yeah, it's still nice. Wait until we move in en masse and turn it into Brampton. Then we'll be looking for another "still white", "less crowded" place with "half of car insurance".

You actually believe in what you're saying? I'm under a strong suspicion that you don't really talk to other whites much, eh?

There's also the option of shutting the immigration intake down. At least until those already in are assimilated (yes, I said it), Canadian citizens without jobs find jobs and when the Natives are taken care of. 100 years perhaps?

Or forever.

I still refuse to understand why white Canadians, still in the majority in this (still democratic, is it?) country are allowing their (obviously corrupt) elites to essentially destroy this country by means of population substitution. Think about it - if they let 100 million in from the Subcontinent and China - would it depopulate India and/or China? Obviously it would be hardly noticeable there. What would happen of Canada if 100 million Asians overwhelm the 30 million population here? That's right - the end of Canada as we know it and turning it into the same cesspool we all escaped from.

Whining is something you like and continue with it .
You are funny than annoying .
No wonder you don't have anything valuable to add .

Try again, this time without ad hominems and to the point. Also, please try to make more sense and use English.

I guess the immigrants are contributing more to the system than taking away from it ..Or else Immigration would have stopped ....

Canada is a huge country difficult to sustain itself without sizeable population and with the ever dwindling population growth had little choice than to open up immigration .....

I can bet there would be more native Canadians seeking welfare then immigrants ...

C mon they choose the better of immigrants if not the best under their points scheme ... Compare them to your average native Joe and you will find the difference !
