If you know someone in Canada who is ready to let you use their address/phone# here...include that in your application. If you get a call, let the employer know when you will be available for the interview. Ofcourse, this is for those who are planning to move very shortly. I personally know someone who arrived from dubai, a cpl of weeks ago, and had an interview lined up for the next week using this method.
