Hi to all...
I landed in Jan 2005 and returned back after applying for PR,SIN and depositing my landing amount in a canadian fixed deposit. I have since been working in U.S on H1B. I plan to move back to canada soon but not sure if my U.S income is taxable.
I have paid tax in U.S on the income and did not travel back and forth. Am I considered resident of canada for tax purpose? Will I be required to pay tax on "world income"?
