cdn_dude, I mentioned the "Filing Taxes" in connection with "getting the Health Cards back" if she decided to "Surrender the health Cards".
May be i did not connect these well.

Mani, I want to thank you for the details you provided. It's never too less to know things even if they suit my circumstances or not. I liked reading your experience, atleast you shared and responded to my post.

Thanks to all of you who shared and responded, I'll keep you guys updated whenever we plan to relocate. I think it'll be soon!
