anybody help me to change address in health card and CCTB......?

Hello all CD's
I want to change my address in Health card and CCTB A/C. if anybody knows the right procedure please let me. B'cos i tried to change online but failed. If someone know for the process to change address Please give me guidence for changing address.

While changing the address online, you need to have your identification what you provided when you went for registering for the health card - usually it is your passport, your PR card and the address proof - since they will ask you to verify the number. Once that is done, everything is very simple as you follow the online instructions.
If you are not comfortable with online, you can request to send an application by mail, you fill up with supporting documents and mail them back. Naturally the mail takes longer than online.
For CCTB your wife (person receiving the CCTB) will have to call them and request the change.

Read the instructions below the link before you proceed.
For the CCTB, you need to call. If you are receiving the CCTB cheque by mail you can always mail the application (there is a stub on the envelop which you can use to update your address).

Yes, as long as they already have the online account setup with epass. Otherwise, if they need something immediately, the phone will be the fastest or atleast the mail. They can use the online option for future, after applying and getting the epass.

I am not aware for Health card.
But yes for CCTB, it always better to send request by mail
to your Tax Centre.
Once you send request, it will change for CCTB, Universal tax, Incone tax etc.
But send two different request , one for yourself & another for wife & in two different envelopes.
I tried to Change via phone, its difficult. They ask many questions.
Also for changing Online, you shd have Password etc. After you register Online
seperately for urself & wife, they will send passpord at old address
Then only you can change address Online. Bit complicated
Best is by mail. This is as per CSR from CRA
