Indian telecom major Reliance Communications said Monday that it had signed an agreement to acquire United States-based ethernet services provider Yipes Holding in an all-cash deal worth 300 million dollars.

The move would accelerate Reliance Communications' penetration into the fast-growing 100-billion-dollar global enterprise data market, a company release said.

Ethernet, a network wiring scheme, is a high-growth segment in the US datacom market. Yipes is a major player with about 40 per cent market share and provides communications platforms to at least 1,000 enterprises. Set up in 1999, the company has an annual growth rate of over 30 per cent

I've said before and I'll repeat it now once again that Reliance is the company which will make India strong as a nation and will give the best fight to Walmart, DuPont, Shell and others to name a few.

Both Mukesh and Anil are Trillionaires and if you can account for their black money they both collectively will leave the Mexican Dude FAR and WAY behind.

Reliance is making India proud and it'll make us a FORCE to reckon with in the coming years.

Every Indian(not just Gujarati) irrespective of their mother tongue, culture, caste, creed, religion should be proud of Reliance.

WHY HAVE NOT THEY GIVEN DHIRUBHAI THE BHARAT RATNA WHEN THEY HAVE AWARDED IT PEOPLE LIKE MGR ?.

May be we should start a signature campaign to get his Bharat Ratna which is dutifully his, if not Bharat Ratna does not carry much meaning.

Dhirubhai was the first guy to show us that a common man with a dream and good knack for business could achieve his dreams and beyond.

It is time for Rogers to take stock.

First Indian traders went to Indonesia in 100 AD. We are reaching those shores again after 1900 years.

INDIA WILL BE A SUPERPOWER JUST LIKE ABDUL KALAM DREAMED IN THE NEXT 10 TO 20 YEARS !.

The man who started this whole journey for India was Dhirubhai and now his children are doing the same.

Speech by Thomas Friedman of The New York Times....

"When we were young kids growing up in America, we were told to eat our
vegetables at dinner and not leave them. Mothers said, 'think of the
starving children in India and finish the dinner.' And now I tell my
children: 'Finish your maths homework. Think of the children in India
who would make you starve, if you don't.'"

FROM http://www.ABDULKALAM.COM" rel="nofollow">LINK & BILLION BEATS
------------
Launching billion beats, an e-paper through the website http://www.abdulkalam.com" rel="nofollow">LINK is indeed a beautiful idea. The epaper should set a new tradition. It should celebrate the success of the people wherever they are. It may be from an
agriculture village, or fishing village, it may be from a diary village, it may be from the industrial or service sector. In short, billion beats should capture and spread the success and its glad tidings. We have the islands of success in every field of activity; we should connect them to make a garland. I am confident that billion beats would create knowledge connectivity among the
people. My greetings and best wishes. ABDUL KALAM

How many Indian Billionaires share their wealth? Any Indian businessmen making wealth outside India please make sure that you share some wealth with the locals. You don’t want another Idi Amin or Hitler rising up
