Can we Apply for Visitor Visa for parent as already on Family class

Hi

I would like to apply for my parents on Visitor Visa but i have already applied them under family class last year. So Can i apply for Visitor Visa???.
As some people said if any of member has been sponsered under Permanent Residence Category they will not get Visitor visa ?. So if any one has an idea how much truth in this?. If you have any link to CIC website please let me know.

Yes you can apply. Only thing to be cautious is that you need to make a strong case that they will return after the visit.

CIC.GC.CA IS WEBSITE AND GO ON TO VISA OFFICES.

applying is not difficult..as far as i know you should have a permanent job in canada..not an odd job....with a minimum salary of ?? i dont know the exact amount....otherwise chances of refusal is there..
