I think it is better if u send a fax to CHC Delhi asking if your meds have been received. I feel it could be a mistake on their part not to mention this on the e-client; your status would not change to DM if they have not recd the meds. Good Luck!!

I applied in Sept 2001 and wrote the IELTS in Jan 2003. IELTS is required and it is better if you can finish it ASAP. For the status change, it took almost 10 months from the date of my meds...
