Chekram04's observation are also to the point. I migrated in 2000 and before that did quite a bit of research. We scanned Toronto Star and other websites like Monster etc and found that accountants are in good demand. CA institute web site also stated that credentials will be assessed and SEEMED to be fair process as the screening is done by committee consisting of public representative. When I faced the interview, the public representative did not utter a single word. This farce should stop.

Yes, these studies can do no good. I completely agree with everyone here. More money will go into the employment resource centres - that's it.
