Kindly make me understand , what does the reply from CIC official web-site means for me .

Online states as follows:

We received your application to sponsor "ABC" on August 16, 2007.

We started processing your application on September 14, 2007.

We sent you a letter on September 24, 2007 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

I have 2 Questions:

1) If a decision has been made ( whatever it is ) does that mean my documents were complete ? I mean to say if something was missing on my papers would they ll be informing me Online about incomplete requirements ?

2) If the "decision has been made" means I am found +VE to sponsor my spouse , what will be their next step ? My case will be transferred to their local embassy in my country i.e Islamabad PAKISTAN ? And how long will it take now to get my husband visa ?

Decision made means most likely they have approved your case and are forwarding it to Islamabad. For any remarks, please check their letter dated 24th Sep. CHC Islamabad is presently taking 5 to 8 months to process such cases. All the best!!
