Dear All Experts .

Kindly make me understand , what does the reply from CIC official web-site means for me .

Online states as follows:

We received your application to sponsor "ABC" on August 16, 2007.

We started processing your application on September 14, 2007.

We sent you a letter on September 24, 2007 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

I have 2 Questions:

1) If a decision has been made ( whatever it is ) does that mean my documents were complete ? I mean to say if something was missing on my papers would they ll be informing me Online about incomplete requirements ?

2) If the "decision has been made" means I am found +VE to sponsor my spouse , what will be their next step ? My case will be transferred to their local embassy in my country i.e Islamabad PAKISTAN ? And how long will it take now to get my husband visa ?
