E-TRADE is holding a full day SEMINAR called Technical Analysis Summit on SATURDAY the 3rd November, at the Metro Toronto Convention center Hall "F", 225 Front Street West, TORONTO from 08:30 to 17:00 hrs. Go and attend it if you do have the time and the desire to attend and find out what it is that they are providing as education. I cannot attend both but will try to make the first one and the tail end of the other to collect some more reading materials.

The OPTIONETICS seminar, just as usual, was a sales pitch. This program or any other, will do the same thing and if you can lay your hands on a free one then, get hold of it. Use it and trade Options.

This year they have their sales pitch turned up a couple of notches higher.

Here in Canada, whenever you sign a sales contract, you get a ten day furlough, or a cooling off period, that will enable you to cancel the same with in that ten day period, with no questions asked. So, they brought in a cancellation sheet for you to mail and also call in to do the same, if you are dis-satisfied with it, period, for no good reason.
When you purchase the program, they ask you to show up to take their two day training and on the first day of training, before the lunch break, you can return the same for a full refund. I got the message, that they do not want to break bread with you after that.
Even after six months of use, if you can show that the program did not make a target of 300% of the cost, then, you can return the same for a refund. They also have other variations of the same for upto a year. All I find is that they want your money and they want the use of it, does not matter even if it is for a short ten day period.

There was a generous soul on this board, who offered us all a sizable chunk of money to trade and prosper, with no strings attached, except to return it with a profit after a couple of years use. That is what came to my mind when the offer was extended and I said to myself, well.... even ten days will do for these blokes to double that money with systematic trading.

Individual who gave the dissertation was good and the anologies provided were good too. The strategies explained did make money and it did go in their favour and I noted that a Mentor like him will improve my bank balance substatially, if I heeded to his trading calls.

After my return I went back to the other websites to listen to the archived seminars and I was overwhelmed by the materials that are available on the net and why a few do not use the sources or appreciate the services provided on the net? I do know that it is not the same like having a real live human being behind the voice and in front of you.!

It is a pity that a few that use the net and inform others about the markets find internet services, are not suitable for learning. I don't know what kind of yard stick they use when informing us and a different measuring device when he uses the net to learn simple educational materials, to evaluate the efficacy, when he is at the receiving end.

I always found the internet really useful in communicating with others and if the materials that I read, view or hear are laid out clearly to make one understand, in laymans' terms, then I appreciated it even better. I will bring these to the attention of other readers on this board without hesitation for them to read and learn.

All in all, the program is genuine, the filters that they use are functional. The Mentors are great. And, if I have to lay out $100,000 to get a Doctorate, or $50,000 for an MBA, a sum of $ 30,000 for a no good lousy Degree, then, I will not hesitate to pay a GRAND sum of $3,500 to get mentored and tutored with a guarantee that I will make a substantial gain of $12,000 bucks in a maximum period of six months, with an on going assurance, backing and support, then, I will surely choose the cheapest of the educatioanal material and make my first Million that way. I will surely go for the free stuff first and get a feel for the subject matter and I am glad that 'it is my first OPTION.' In this instance, I prefer "the school of Hard Knocks".
May be some are waiting for a cheaper software and also waiting for some one to come down and say, "Hey Boys, we will throw in a few extra free bees and you will get Screwed and Tattooed too". Wowieeee.....
Men who trade crap and make money should show some respect for the time and effort, one puts into creating a decent software that has withstood hard times and testing and made money for 300000 people all over the world, in the past twenty years and still keeps on ticking.

"You really don't know what you are missing?" But the BUS will return again.
