Hello!

One thing which came to my mind is income tax clearance certificate.

I searched CD and there is mixed response , All those people who have reached to dream destination recently please share their experiences.

Whether Income Tax Clearance Certificate is required or it is not at all asked and required.

When i left for US in 2000, my friends adviced me to get one and i did get the income tax clearance certificate (after getting Rs. 8000 lighter! for it). No one asked for the clearance certificate (in either of the places bombay and USA).

I am told it is good to have (certainly not with a cost attached to it)
That is my experience.
