Hello All,
Recently my parents have cleared USA immigration and they are comming soon at USA on Greencard.
My question is how they can stay at Canada with me without loosing their USA greencard ? or How they can maintain USA greencard and can stay at Canada ?
Any suggestion please !

Altough our case is totally opposite but I think it might help you. We are Canadian citizens living in US, Our parents got Canadian immigration and then after getting Canadian immigration, they applied for Visitor Visa for US (in India itself)
So basically before starting travelling from India they had immigration for Canada and visitor VISA for US. they landed in Vancouver got their stamping done as Permanent resident.
we went from Seattle to Vancouver Airport, picked them up and crossed the border the same day and now they are living with us in USA.
The only thing that went wrong (we did not know about this) was that now they cannot enter Canada without PR card. we have to wait for 6 weeks (which we do not mind) once they receive their PR card in the mail at canadian address they can go back to Canada for other things.

Could you please give little more information about your Parents entry into USA?
Do they have any restrictions to stay in USA? How many days they can stay with you?
Usually Visitors to USA from India are given I-94 form when they enter USA and their stay should not exceed 5-6 months as the visa officer mention in
I-94.
I would like to know whether same rules are followed when we enter from Canada (on visitor visa to USA) or it is different.

The same restrictions apply to visitors from Canada as well. They have 10 year multiple entry VISA but they cannot stay with us for more than 6 months at a given time.
They did get the I-94 slip.
My parents have to come from USA to CANDA. So I think USA has diffrent rule.
I think for the USA greencard holder does not need visa to entre in Canada.

Same rules are followed when you enter US from Canada. The duration of stay (max 6 months) is stamped on your I-94.
Apsingla: why can't your relatives enter Canada without the PR card? PR card is required only when you use the commercial carrier (e.g. airline) to travel to Canada. You can drive into Canada without the PR card but with some other evidence of the PR status.

They cannot live with you forever if they want to preserve their US green card. If you leave US for more than 6 months, your GC status will be in jeopardy.
