any idea why 2000 applicants are stuck up while 2001 applicants are already in canada?

Work is forever. Childhood is only once. Spend time with your kids...
While 2000 applicants from other CHC posts are racing for citizenship, we at CHC, New Delhi are still awaited. No replies at all from CHC. It seems nothing can be done except to wait and watch. I read from other forum, (which is now temp down) that even 99 applicants are without any clue.
Anyone of 2000 got anything.OR all are busy?
ruthless,
2000 applicants are not busy, the embassy is busy!!
So busy that CHC delhi website is kind of frozen..no updates..
we recd a letter assking to submit IRPA and they have committed (?!!) to get back within 3 months regarding interview/waiver.
Let us wait till April and watch.
I will keep u posted

I am a April 2000 applicant. Did medicals and submitted passport in Jan 04.
I guess, the 2001 applicants who have got the visa are all IT guys (?) who where probably not put in the interview Q (?) at the beginning stage itself.
Jumping in to the best country in the world from a third world, under developed country is probably not meant to be easy. I suppose the future benefits will more than pay up for the pain one goes through the 4 years(or more) of wait !
Best of luck guys, let us wait it out for some more time
