Greetings all,
I thought that I should update those interested about the terminology "Canadian Citizenship Certificate" for the OCI application at the Indian Consulate.

Though the card you get at the citizenship ceremony has the text "Certificate of Canadian Citizenship" on it, the Indian consulate needs OCI applications to also be supported by the other paper "certificate" which has the date of citizenship.

There is apparently some confusion in the understanding of the terminology

In total 5 photos are required. One pasted on original form, one pasted on duplicate form and attach three photographs to the original form.

This is what I did. I put three photographs in a small ziploc bag and stapled the bag to original form. Wrote the name and application number generated online on back of the three photographs.
