Income Tax question for Consultancy In India

I am being offered a Consultant job on Rotational Basis in India. ( That means one month in India followed by one month rest days in Canada). I will be working on Day Rate. I am still a Indian Citizen with Canadian PR. What option I have
1- To make a CCPC ( Incoropration) & charge my client from my company in toronto. So, In fact, he will be paying to a Foriegn compmany. He is willing to pay me in US $. He is ready to pay service tax . I do not know , shall he has to deduct withholding tax ( 30%) of my billing & that I can claim when I file my Canadian taxes.
2- What is the best route for minimizing the hasseles.
3- I am not looking for saving any Taxes, I just want less paperwork & my payment in Foriegn Currency.
Any suggestion from experienced indian CA are welcome.
