Wattage of this equipment is less than 50 W with above details. (120 V*0.4 A, input side and 12 V*3 A output side). So a voltage converter with just 100 W rated capacity will do well. Check if this massager got dual voltage facility. Some gadgets comes with 110/ 220 option; without requiring any converter or changing anything. My computer, handy cam charger and some other things are like that; and I use them in India/ China/ Canada without any converter.
Another thing- this massager will be little slower with lower frequency in India- 50 against 60 in Canada. Difference will be un-noticeable.
