can anybody inform what all forms does the dependant(spouse) has to fill, while the principal applicant fills these (skilled category)

1. Application for permanent residency in Canada
2. Schedule 1: Background declaration
3. Schedule 3: Economic class - Federal skilled workers
4. Additional family information

The accompanying spouse has to fill the 'Background Declaration' Form and the 'Additional Family' Form. Incase you are submitting the application through a representative, your spouse also needs to sign the Use of Representative Form , as an accompanying spouse.
