I have a freind who had applied fro immigration some time back , how ecer on a recent medical check up, he was told that he has only one kidney instead of two.

All his function are abselutely perfect including Renal , he has been terrified ever since , speculating that his application ight be rejected on the grounds that he has only one kidney inspite of having everything under control.

Pls advise

Having just one kidney may not be reason to reject the person on medical grounds...this is my personal opinion. Really do not know CIC's stand on this.
