Is VIA rail only way to reach by transit system from Toronto. Does any bus service ply between Kitchener/Waterloo and Toronto?

Any bus or train service from Hamilton to Kitchener as Hamilton is in GO Train Network?

This is another alternative. I travelled many times and journey time is 2 hrs from terminal to terminal.
