Hey morning_rain,

Have you read my questions carefully?. I am asking for legal way to get benefits. It is not necessary to be proud on canadian, we must live in canada. I am canadian too. I have paid tax, paying tax and going to pay tax when I'll be in India even. Never asked for some benefits while in Canada as I am not elegible as per income criteria and not going to ask when I'll be in India if not eligible.

why would I help you for your desire to use MY country's citizenship like a joke.....................
This is not joke. If I'll make money in India after canadian citizenship and not paying tax to Canada. It will be joke.

if you respect the country you are the citizen of... then dont abuse it.....
Mods: I wish we could flag posts like this...
I respect the country as the citizen and want to pay tax as per law even if making money in India. That is different thing that how much money I'll make. I may elegible for beniftis or may not but legal thing is to pay tax on income. Those people are doing Fraud who are not paying tax on income of foreign country and taking benefits on zero income.

If you dont plan to live in Canada...dont expect to get the benefits...
Morning_rain, this is your wrong sentence.
You should follow rules of Canada as being canadian citizen even if you dont plan to live in Canada.

I hope you will understand what is Fraud and what is not.

Thanks in Advance.

That's not possible to get CCTB when you are living in another country

To get the CCTB, you must meet all the following conditions:

* you must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
* you must be the person who is primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;This means you are responsible for such things as supervising the child's daily activities and needs, making sure the child's medical needs are met, and arranging for child care when necessary. If there is a female parent who lives with the child, we usually consider her to be this person. However, it could be the father, a grandparent, or a guardian.
* you must be a resident of Canada; and
* you or your spouse or common-law partner must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a protected person, or a temporary resident who has lived in Canada for the previous 18 months.

I don't think there is any legal way to get CCTB without living in Canada. If you think any other way around pls. let me know also. There is only one way, you can leave your family here and work anywhere in world and Pay Tax on world income !!!!!!!

* you must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
-> We are going to stay together in India. This is OK.

-> We are going to stay in India. This is OK.

* you must be a resident of Canada; and
-> Doing business for canadian company in India and paying tax. This will count as resident of Canada.

* you or your spouse or common-law partner must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a protected person, or a temporary resident who has lived in Canada for the previous 18 months.
-> We all will be canadian citizen. we would have lived 5 years in Canada.
-> Also, everyone is getting CCTB on first month after landing to Canada with PR card.
-> I have never seen this condition anywhere. Could you please send me link if you have seen somewhere on govt. website.

Thanks,

Nice to know that you want to do things legally ...... but health care in Ontario in provided to residents only. That means people who have a permanent residence and stay here for a period of 153 days. I dont know how you can meet these two conditions unless you have a house already, but then you dont want to pay mortgage so that defies logic. Regarding giving your friends adress, that is fraud and that goes against your ethics.
So i dont understand why you want to recieve CCTB which would be max $250 (in case you do your own bussines in India and show an income below $10,000) per child.
But incase you honestly get a job in IT and get around 50-70 K in CAD, what is the the logic of paying the taxes, when you can legally be a non resident.
