We don't have a Toronto office yet. The business pages/directory should have a listing of immigration lawyers.

Good luck!

Hello Mr. Masood.

Thank you very much for all your valuable information. One thing I am still not sure of. I want to proceed the divorce case first and then deal with the immigration case.
If I proceed with divorce case first, would it affect our immigration status in any way or sence. In other words, if I file an uncontested divorce papers here in Canada, would the immigration or other governmnet agency know that we put the wrong information in our application of immigration. If yes, then how would we deal with the both cases.
I am very much confused and cannot decide that which matter I have to resolve first. Looking for your advice.
Thank you very much for your continuing cooperation.

Regards
:(

Massood may not be able to reply, he's away for a month.

I can give you a common-sense suggestion though. The case you're presenting seems complex enough that you should actually hire competent legal counsel. And it might make sense to go to a lawfirm that has more than one area of expertise, since you need help with divorce as well as immigration, and there's multiple countries involved. Like Massood said, you'll find many listed in the yellow pages. Or you may even approach Massood's firm, I'm not sure they handle cases in Toronto but you could ask.

A public forum might not be the best place to get answers to something this critical, simply because of the attention to detail your case warrants.

Just my opinion though.
