What does it take to acquire one? Where do you study? What is the time frame? How much would it cost? And after the license do you go on your own or what next?
Maybe you want to break down the info and also give a link to what you completed.

1. A three years experience letter from Indian or canadian employer which should have a specific duties that you did . ( If require format I can provide ).
2. I studied at Direct energy center ( free for the people who work for them ) ..Others have taken these courses at George brown ..
3. As soon as you present your 3 yrs experience letter to ministry they give you a temp licence which is good for 3 months to continue working in field legally ..
4. I am not aware of any link that can be helpful but if anyone is seriously interetsted I can DIG my material ( which is helpful in passing the exam but not field related ) ...
313 D licence is provincial and industrial 313 A is good for Canada ..
hope it helps ..Any further querries- please feel free to drop..

Thanks for your reply.
The three year experience letter from the employer - is that experience doing work directly on the field or does that also mean managing a team of service personnel. I have never ever worked on the ac systems on my own but I do have knowledge as I handled people doing that work.
Thanks for your help.
