My Bro in laws 3 year son was born outside canada after his parents landed here and went back to Dubai. They returned to canada last year and applied for the son's PR . The son is already here since they got him a 1 year visa on landing. Now,his papers are ready and the passport stamped and he has to do a 'landing'.The closest border is Buffalo.Does the father and son have to get a US visa just to cross the border and return in order to officially do the landing for the son? How does this work? Any information will be appreciated.
Just cross any nearest US border by road
Child with even one parent is okay
They will call inside US immigration office. Do all formalities.
Will say you illegal enter US.
Tell them about Formality for getting PR in Canada
Everything will be okay
After coming again to Canada side go to Immigration office & all formalities will be done & will get PR in 2-3 weeks
No need to take VISA for US.
This is normal practice everyone is doing
