Any permanent resident(must hold PR Card and not citizenship card)is welcome to visit the agency, I work for and I will try my best to provide settlement services including family sponsorship, statutory declaration for visitor visa, citizenship applications, attestation of education certificates etc.

As mentioned before, the services are free but clients must register(No charges) with our agency to avail these services

I was in the similar situation with my parents ( mom and dad) they both visited canada. I have consulted with more then 7 lawyers and agents who deals in this kind of situation.

The result is, it is a priority for us that our parents are by them selves but its a burden to the government that they might use the system ( medical etc).

So my friend, I came to the conclusion that show strong income and apply for there sponsorship. It might take long but all will be done in a manner that they ( he/she) will be here.

If you try to take short cut there are only 5% chances on ( humanitarian and compasinate grounds) but if you got rejected then you are in a bad spot.

Research before you make your decision.

I have one question.
My last year income(7 months as i arrived in canada in may 2007) was not enough to sponsor my mom...but if v consider income uptill this may 2008 than it will be up to the required income...
what is the criteria to sponsor her...i mean to say what is the income calculation for me...may to dec 2007 or may 2007 to may 2008.
I want ot know the time period to process this application.

The year runs 12 months before you apply so in your case it will be may to May.
