I'd strongly recommended families with kids to visit DoorsOpen. We were at CNE last year during DoorsOpen, the RCMP horses were on display.

OP, can I suggest you change the Subject of the post from Free CityPass to DoorOpen Toronto. The title is misleading, since the CityPass is not free.

Please correct me, I am confused here :

1. Doors Open is free for only US visitors?
2. There is no mention about the citypass ..
3. CNE is generally end August, ending on 1st sunday of september, while doors open is in May...

Thanx in advance.:)

Agreed. Hence I asked the OP to change the Subject line in his/her post. DoorsOpen & CityPass are 2 different things

DoorsOpen is across Toronto. Last year at the CNE grounds they had RCMP horses on display, just by the street car loop (I don't remember the bldg.) Sorry to confuse you, it had nothing do to with the CNE Exhibition.
