Hi ,

Looking for decent location short term rental for 3 month.

- Any recommendation, Toronto area pls ?

Further then downtown is okay. Prefer with nearby malls , easy access to subways.
Coming with Family of 4 (me, spouse and two kid 4yr & 2.5 yr).

- Things to take note as tenant?

Good luck! I would say keep checking Kijiji and Craigslist. One way to get a short term rental is to look for people who want to exit their current contracts because they are moving out. Craigslist has lot more to offer than Kijiji (in my opinion). I just moved into a short term rental and it's taken a good month to find the place we wanted.
