My sister is planning to enroll at the University of Windsor for their MBA - Finance Co-Op program. Can anybody please tell me if it is a good University / Program?

The university of windsor MBA program is Ok not very high ranked like u of toronto or calgary and not very low ranked too. as windsor itself is a average university thats why they go to india and advertise so hard to attract students. and it will cost alot here to do MBA i dont know the duration of the program in windsor but in most univ its 1 yr so no chance for PR also if u coming on international visa. its much better to try hard for MBA in india clear CAT as the level of good institutions in india is much above average institutions in canada and its cheap too.
