Indian idol,
Please be careful and deal only with reputed agencies. Please research their background thoroughly and only then jump into the fray.

The agency / body shopper arena is full of issues with status and compensation.

Always refer to Sheela Murthy' site who is a reputed attorney for a second opinion on immigration matters.

Put your resume on www.monster.com and www.dice.com and mention that you are elligible for TN1 visa. You can also contact www.SystemsPersonnel.com. They are based out of Buffalo and I actually got a call about 3 weeks back from them for an Oracle DBA. They asked me if I was elligible for TN1. You might be shocked with the rates they will offer. Rates in Toronto are much higher than Buffalo. If you have a steady job and are well settled here, will make it more sense to continue here as job market has taken a nose dive in the States. I am still in touch with many people(ex-coworkers) and they keep telling me that competetion has become fierce, rates have gone down and cost of living has gone up. Grass is greener on the other side.......
