What they have : As Books and Materials , a library is a collection of information, sources, resources, and services: it is organized for use and maintained by a public body, an institution, or a private individual. In the more traditional sense, a library is a collection of books. Today they also hold CD's Movies, Music Cds and tapes, and DVDs and also popular Movies in many languages. They have expanded their scopes and categories to suit the current needs. Currently it denotes a Location.
"Inter Library Loans". These libraries have an agreement between themselves and they loan to each other on a reciprocal basis. So, you can request for a book from another library, preferably from adjacent location or township.
Also there are "Reference Libraries" that hold all of the books for people to enter and do research, during their operating hours.
Here is the book in question: Canadian Securities Course Book. There are people who sell them and also train you by dividing them into modules. Here is a list of them. Also note their features that they promote.
There are equivalent courses that run Parallel to the Canadian Ones and also in modules. Please research and note the costs. As an example here is an exam called Series 11... and a link to one of them :
Completing a course such as this and obtaining a Certificate helps in some industries such as Banking and Brokerage Houses, and Mutual Fund Sales and also in the Financial Planners' Field. Some of us did complete the same for trading securities such as stocks and Options on them and the Commodities and Indexes.

You can access these locations and also find out how long it will take before you can get hold of a copy to take home. Also put your name on the request list, right from your home, over the internet, if you have a Library Card and know how. Other wise you can call them over the phone and reserve a copy.
Hope this helps.
Freddie.
Thank you very much Freddie
