Put a sign on your property that says, "Private Property. Vehicle damage will occur if you park".
That should deter most cheapskates. If there is still a super-cheapo who insists on using your driveway, then bust his headlights with a baseball bat or something. He can still drive but he will soon realize $5 parking lot is cheaper than the $300 or more for the headlight replacement.
Alright, now that I have let it out, I strongly recommend as much explicit warning as possible before resorting to violence.

Thanks for all the creative suggestions. I have been following this up with the councillors and city and it turns out that there is a by-law (93-93) which protects against these tresspassing. But city don't enforce it as there are lots of Landlord-Tenant disputes in which one or the other misuses this by-law. Anyways given my genuine situation, they have asked me to call the supervisor directly so that some action can be taken, if it happens again.
Btw, I enjoyed Maharaj's biking very much. :-)
