Hello Raajen,

I send my application on 31-05-2008. and received an Ack Letter on 05-08-2008. As I understood from Customer Service they do not open all the applications as soon as they receive it. The Letter is issued on 22-07-2008 but I received it on 05-08-2008.

Usually you should get the acknowledgement letter in 2 months. After 2 months you should call Customer Service.

It has been two months since I sent the application. No acknowledgement letter yet. Do you know the customer service phone number?
