this pop up is coming repeatdly on my laptop....i don't know what to do.plz advice...It says:

hile files from internet can b useful,this file type can harm ur computer.Only install software from publishers u trust.
Now, i tried to click on "Don't Instal" but its poping up again n agin.
What shud i do?

more than likely you are trying to load some page which uses the flash plugin.
You can do one of
1. you can go to adobe website and install the flash player. It is free
2. Block pop up via browser settings or Google etc. toolbar settings.
These days, a site with decent design is flash based. Install the plugin and you will not get prompted again. It is not spyware/adware/malware. Its a legit plugin needed for your browser to be able to render flash based pages to you...for your browser experience.
