Try Bouclair. They have good stuff but buy during their sales; usually each 3-6 weeks.

Hometrend is also an option:

I bought my full wall length curtain for my apartment from Sears Outlet Shop. It costed me $28 for the whole set of curtains containing 2 pieces. Its a thick dark green in color washable cloth curtains with light shaded flower design in it.

That is the first time I realized that if you want good things in cheap price you have spend time finding within the piles of things kept in this type of outlet shops.

If you are looking for silk curtains, better order it from India. With shipping/handling/tax, it will cost you less. As thumb of rule, it will cost you around 2500 INR to 7000 INR that too for silk!!!!
