Hi,
I'm working on a contract(IT project) on an ongoing basis through a recruiter. Since I'm not incorporated I'm on the recruiter's payroll, and EI, CPP and CIT are deducted from my salary.
Does that mean that if my contract ends and if I cant find another contract, I can apply for EI benifits?
Thanks

Mumbai Maazi Ladki ...
I am full time employee of IT company. EI deducts from my pay cheque.
I've registerd business but I am not working for business from last 1 year [since I moved to my current city]
Registered business will create any problem to get EI benefits?
Also, I am thinking to close my business. What action should be taken to close my business?
Thanks
