Hello all,

We are 5 brother's raised by a live in Nanny in India.We applied for her to immigrate to Canada under the humanitarian grounds,but was refused.
The entire family including parents are in Canada.We want to invite her on a tourist visa or TRV.Have no idea on the difference between visitor's and TRV.
It is my Son's 1st birthday,a very special event in our culture and tradition.My question is what is the best way to apply for her?She is 60+..All of us are willing to sponsor her financially.Is there any way that we can in form of a notarized letter or otherwise show the visa officer that we guarantee her return back.
Any help will be appreciated..
