My first response to you was @ 22:13 in the night. (Local time)

WE GO THROUGH A WHOLE PILE OF POSTING TILL

and on SATURDAY noon your wife got her visa and will be coming down in two weeks. You also say that your sister in law is sponsoring her in a refugee class,
as "There is something called in-land spousal sponsorship and this is valid even for Permanent Residents too." You must have a magic hat that you can pull all of this out of.

Are you putting me on Or you are shoveling a whole lot of horse manure at all of us. Whooooee, You are one hell of a character with a lot of imagination. Given a chance, you will rewrite the Immigration books for all of us.

You made my day.

Freddie.

Here is what I found regarding "sponsoring spouse and dependant children". It's a long blabber that's found at this link - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/sponsor/spouse-apply-who.asp#sponsoring

Summary:
1. Both Cdn citizens and PR can sponsor.
2. Persons who are being sponsored can be in or outside of Canada.
3. Financial committment and support is required (it says min income required).

Hope this helps.

The point you miss again is, at the time of posting the first message: I DID NOT KNOW SHE GOT IT.

I keep in touch with her later and come to know from her that my sister who is staying there with her has taken the envelope which came from Canada for my wife.

So, this is not imagination and no one is shovelng any manure here. I detest your haughty remark here.

FYI,Your information that I cannot sponsor in-land spousal immigration is wrong. When I pointed that out, you are side-tracking the issue thus without knowing the truth.

Truth looks stranger than fiction. If you still consider it as imagination, then it is upto you.

Have a great day!

Iam doing my rounds for various job intervews and have Canadian experience and an American qualification. Iam not entirely a newbie here. Also, my citizenship time is cming soon as my days as a student here will also be counted as half.

So where did you study(USA/Canada)? What did you study? In the one post you said you have an American qualification. Now you telling your days as student will count towards citizenship?

Can you tell me how?

I do not need to answer your questions as you are not FBI.

I have studied both in Canada and USA is all I can reveal. Is it not possible for me to do a course in some university here, do a course in India and do my post graduation in USA?

So, my study-days in Canada prior to PR Card will also be counted as half-days for my citizenship.

Peace Freddie! Peace!

Come to my house for a helping of Ambada! Thanks for helping me out earlier. Iam not bullshitting anyone here.

I wish I could rewrite the Immigration books for all of us and make things easier and saner for us.

Sorry if I tried to lash out at you.
