Hi Everyone:
Is there any "Foreign Travel Form" available on CIC website, if yes, would appreciate if you can provide with the link.
My wife just got a call for the passport submission and as she has travelled abroad many times, so they have asked her to provide all the details on "seperate paper", but I have seen some of the peoples stating in there post that they have submitted there passport along with "Foreign Travel Form", so I am just wandering if its a formal form or just all the details on the paper.
NEED TO SUBMIT PASSPORT TOMORROW, WOULD APPRECIATE QUICK REPLY.

Type it up on a piece of paper in a neat column format. Columns like Travel Description, Departure Date, Arrival Date and Purpose of Travel should be sufficient. I did that although none was required from me.

Many thanx for the prompt reply, but you mention that it was not required for you. So that means they din't ask you specifically to provide the details but in my case they have asked thats making me confused.
Another thing to ask, can we use the courier service to send the passport or do we need to submit it using the NORMAL POST. And is there any possibility that we can get back the passport through courier, I remember this was possible there 3-4 years back when I got my PR.

I am confused. Is this for citizenship? If so, things have to be done in person. If this is for PR application, they usually ask for addresses in the last 5 years, but not travel details. Anyway, it is always safer to send passports by courier.

I do not know of any official Travel form. I will still say that a neatly typed detail should suffice. And send passports by courier with a postage paid return courier envelope enclosed.
