i was a student in vancouver film school and my study permit and visa is bout to expire on 30th september.
i have applied in art institute of vancouver for a new course and i have also received the acceptance letter.
now i wanna make my application for getting a new study permit and visa.
I have all my papers ready for the application.

my questions are

After making my application, Even if my visa expires can i stay back and wait for a reply from the canadian government or should i return back to my country since my current visa expires this month end.

Have you got all your papers ready to file. If they are ready and totally complete and if there are no breaks or missing documents, then you will have your Student Visa with in the month. USE COURIERS for transmission. Next day delivery and also return.

If it is not ready extend your stay with a letter and application and also pay the fees. Tell them this is in anticipation of the delay in receiving the Student Visa. If you want to send them together, then it is O.K. too. But please call and have a talk with the CIC Call center and then proceed as per their instructions.
