CD's,
I often visit a social networking site which includes the option of seeing pictures posted by my friends in their profile.
Earlier I was able to save the pictures in to my hard disk by right clicking and saving the picture in my hard disk. However, from last week, they have disabled this option meaning that I canot save these pictures into my hard disk (the right clicking does not work). I am only able to right click on the pictures posted in my profile.
Does anyone know how we can go around this method and start to save these pictures into my hard disk in JEPG format?

Edit by OP : Thanks for correcting the Typo.. Much appriciated.

TK,

I assume you are referring to Orkut.

Use the 'PrintScreen' key on the keyboard.

EMail/IM/Scrap your friend to send/share his/her pictures.

But don't forget to tell them where exactly you want to save :p

This was a real funny typo

You could press the "Prnt Scrn" key and cut out the required image in an editing software.

Or use Snagit, it is really good for this purpose.

You will get much reduced quality of pictures by this method.

Many sites disable options for right-clicking.

If it is a permissions issue, get proper consent from the person so the photos are made available for you to save.

If it is a technical issue meaning a security measure the site has taken and implemented it all over, then just ask that person to email it to you.

If none of the above apply, well it just means you are not supposed to take others' pictures without permission.
