Anyone like that George Thoroughgood song? CD forums has been hot lately with some serious discussions...such are times.
Differences aside, I am guessing a lot of folks here enjoy a good brew? And some great music...? What do you like to drink and what do you listen to when you drink...? As juvenile as it may seem, I still love some riffs...you?

My fave is Cuba Libre- Rum coke and a slice of lime.
Usually like to listen to classic rock stuff.
Was just listening to the best of GNR (Guns 'n' Roses)in my car- including sweet child o' mine, live and let die(a Paul McCartney original), Knockin' on heaven's door (Dylan theme), November Rain etc. Wasn't drinkin' then
GNR needed to do covers like they needed a hole in the head but their covers for Dylan, Paul, The Stones took the originals to new heights.
And we are all still waiting for 'Chinese Democracy'

I have been tasting a lot of single malt scotch lately and it has been a revelation. Long way from Jack Daniels. I think I can use that to run my car 
But oddly enough I liked Irish single-malt more than scotch. Try the Bushmills 10 year old if you get a chance
investpro - I like classic rock too. I just burnt some Jethro Tull, Floyd (saucerful of secrets) and King Crimson last night.

Jack Daniels- bourbon- never did flash on that stuff.
Irish malt is good
But then Scotch for me if it has to be whiskey.
O/w Rum, Vodka, Tequila, Gin are my cups of poison.
Jethro Tull- Ian Anderson- OK! Did you see them last year at Massey hall?
Saw them first when 'Thick as a Brick ' came out. Wild Turkey opened for them.
Pink Floyd- 'nuff said.
In the Court of the Crimson King- first heard them way back in '70. Really dug the track- '20th century schizoid man'.
