I am wondering whether anyone of you have any ideas as to

1) What would be reasonable salary for DBA in Seattle location for family of two
with only one earning member?

2) Is it worth to consider relocating to U.S. in current economic
situation from India?

3) Any rough estimate of salary offered by Microsoft to DBA with 6 to 7 years of
experience to either TN or H1 visa holders?

4) General estimate of monthly expenses and ultimately monthly savings.

Salary for a DBA with 6 - 7 years exp in Seattle area should be above 80-85K . You will be pretty comfortable in this salary to start with. Rest you still need to balance your budget
