Hi everyone, I got married recently and am relocating to Toronto in December on Open Work Permit. I have done M.COM, MBA and have around 4 years experience in Treasury and Capital markets as a Business Analyst.

I hold an Open Work Permit and can work for any employer in Canada. I am serving notice period in my current organisation, so I though of looking for jobs in various job sites, I dont seem to be getting any response from recruiters.

I have gone through various websites and I realised without Canadian experience, I have no chance of getting a similar roles there and even my education will not be recognised there. I am totally worried about my job situation. I don't want to be out of jobs for the next few months. I guess I have to get ready to start from scratch.

Could you people share your experience when you moved to Canada? I welcome sugestions as to kind of work I can get when I am between jobs.
